life

Random things we've been doing lately. :) Enjoy!

Yes, that is an origami chess set.

And this is the road to our house :D

we had fun making snowflakes!

Ezzy felt the need to transform into a pirate...

...then a sea captain

And Noah worked on school

have a lovely weekend!

photo project

Took these for a friend - had lots of fun doing it.

Hopefully you noticed that it spells a word.... would be easier if I could arrange all the pictures from left to right - but I can't - so oh well. I originally wanted to make my brothers spell out the letters by laying down in the snow, with me taking pictures from the porch roof of our house. As they say in New York - "good idea, bad location." :D

swimming!!!!

Ezzy and Judah had a swim meet today! It was totally awesome to watch, and they both swam amazingly. Now, you'll have to forgive some of these photos... I have never taken pictures of swimmers before, so I fiddled with settings for the longest time - still didn't get them quite right. So if anyone has any tips for taking really cool action photos that don't end up super dark, that would be much appreciated. :)
